Аннотация
We are presenting two cases, a 35-year-old man and 28-year-old woman, with a rapid spreading of an odontogenic infection from the oropharyngeal and deep cervical area into the mediastinum, in the case of the 28-year-old patient with lethal consequences. In both cases no defect of weakening of the immune system could be found.
