The angiography (AG) is the most important and obligatory part of diagnostic complex. The AG data characterizes mostly full the type and hemodynamical features of the vertebral arteries (VA), which are presented by typical inborn and acquired changes of V1 and V2 segments. Stenotic affection of VA constitutes the indication to surgical treatment.
