Kinesiophobia, Exercise Self-Efficacy, and Physical Activity in Patients with Permanent Pacemaker Implantation: A Latent Profile and Mediation Analysis.
Аннотация
OBJECTIVE
To analyze the different potential groups and characteristics of kinesiophobia in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation. To explore the correlations among kinesiophobia and physical activity in permanent pacemaker patients in China and to further verify the mediating role of exercise self-efficacy in kinesiophobia and physical activity.
METHODS
Mplus8.3 software was used to analyze the potential characteristics of exercise fear. Pearson correlation analysis was used for identifying correlations between kinesiophobia, physical activity and exercise selfefficacy. SPSS PROCESS macro 4.0 software was used to test the mediating effect of exercise self-efficacy between kinesiophobia and physical activity.
RESULTS
The results showed that kinesiophobia of patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation could be divided into three potential categories, namely low fear (23.10%), medium fear (60.90%) and high fear (16.00%). Exercise self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in kinesiophobia and physical activity, and the contribution rate of intermediary effect was 59.18%.
