Angiomyolipoma is one of the benign hamartomas that is found sporadically or associated with tuberous sclerosis. It is a rare soft tissue tumor involving mostly the kidneys, sometimes other visceral organs. The tumor is composed of smooth muscle cells, adipocytes and small sized hyalinized vessels. We present the case of a 74-year-old man with a bifocal angiomyolipoma of the colon. This diagnosis was confirmed at surgery, where a partial colectomy was performed. This report presents a case of precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (ALL) involving the uterine cervix, myometrium, endometrium, and appendix. BACKGROUND PURPOSE: The organs and soft tissues of the pelvis are some of the most common primary sites for rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) in children and adolescents. In most cases a mass is detectable on clinical examination, and the initial concern is focused on the possibility of a neoplasm. The current report concerns 11 patients, each presented with a painful perineal-perianal mass suggesting an abscess to the extent that each one of these patients was treated initially with antibiotics or incision and drainage for several weeks to months before the pathologic diagnosis of RMS was established.

Lymphoepithelial cyst (LEC) of the pancreas is a rare lesion of undetermined pathogenesis that had been documented almost exclusively in males. The literature on this entity is limited to reports of single or small numbers of cases. Here is presented a clinicopathologic analysis of 12 patients with LEC, 4 of whom were female. The mean age of the patients was 56 years. Four patients presented with abdominal pain and nausea, but in two patients, the cysts were detected incidentally. We describe here a case report of a patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia in whom hepatic gallium-67 (Ga-67) uptake was suppressed. The patient was hospitalized with increasing dyspnea. We report a case of salivary gland MALT lymphoma in Sjögren's syndrome associated with localized H. pylori infection. A 76-year-old woman had a history of bilateral cheek masses for two years.
