BACKGROUND: Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a rare extranodal lymphoma involving breast tissue and most commonly affects women in the sixth to seventh decades of life. We describe a clinicopathological series of PBL cases diagnosed at a tertiary referral center in Mexico.
