We report a prenatally diagnosed palatal fetus-in-fetu successfully managed with ex utero intrapartum treatment (EXIT). A 4 cm oral mass detected at 23 weeks caused polyhydramnios and gastric shrinkage, suggesting impaired swallowing and potential airway obstruction.
