A 58-year-old man with fever, myalgia, and dysuria was admitted to the hospital. Because of prolonged fever, FDG PET/CT was performed. Surprisingly, bilateral kidneys were rapidly enlarged for 5 days with the renal parenchyma showing intense hypermetabolism.
