SMARCB1/INI1 deficient sinonasal carcinoma is a variant of sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC). There is a paucity of literature describing the histomorphological features of this relatively new entity. Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) is associated with the onset and progression of fibrosis in many human tissues. Areca nut (AN) chewing is the most important etiological factor in the pathogenesis of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF).
