One-stage urethroplasty was performed for 10 patients with full length urethral stricture by using double skin tube from the perineum and scrotum. Follow-up after operations showed that voiding of urine returned to normal and no residual urine was found in all patients. Voiding urethrogram and cystoscopy showed neither stenosis nor hair, stone, urethral cyst and diverticula. This operation is simple and effective in addition to rare complication and no requirement of urethral dilatation. The treatment of full length urethral stricture and tubercular urethral stricture are also discussed.

We report a case of cooccurrence of xanthogranulomatous and emphysematous pyelonephritis along with necrotizing fasciitis (NF) of scrotum and premium in a patient was nondiabetic and the history of kidney stones. OBJECTIVES: perineal trauma during birth can result in short or long term morbidity for women. Internationally, rates of episiotomy and severe perineal tears vary considerably. In New Zealand, in 2011, and in a trial of midwife-led care in Ireland, episiotomy rates were found to be considerably lower than those in many other countries. A retrospective study of case controls was carried out by postal enquiry to find out the risk factors for complete complicated tears (DCC) of the perineum occurring after prophylactic episiotomy. This report is based upon 27 patients with severe perineal injuries treated in a 30-year-period. Four groups of injuries could be identified. Severity of the trauma, correct diagnosis of concomitant injuries, right usage of antibiotics and protection of the perineal wound by a temporary colostomy represented key factors for a favorable outcome. We report a case of giant condylomata acuminata of the vulva and distal urethra. Complete eradication and healing were accomplished after 12 weeks, without scarring and with complete preservation of anatomic structures. Minimal postoperative discomfort was present. Our technique for vaporization of these locally aggressive and bulky lesions is described.
