Hemorrhagic stroke associated with essential thrombocythemia (ET) is very infrequent. Herein, we report a case of a 33-year-old woman with a 2-year history of ET who developed intracerebral and subarachnoid hemorrhage. In this paper we report partial amino acid sequence for C1q receptor (C1qR).
