The case of a twenty-one-year-old man who was hospitalized for unexpected bilateral phlebitis of the lower limbs is reported. Clinical features suggested a systemic disease, especially Behçet disease although the classical triad was lacking. Laparoscopy showed two lesions identical to canker sores on the hepatic capsule. There were no biological hepatic disorders and histological examination of a needle biopsy specimen was normal. This clinical report is additional evidence in support of the idea that Behçet is syndrome is a systemic disease.

I, however, discuss here mainly about the non-specific manifestation of the malignant tumor by showing representative cases of the dermadrome. Such cases are acanthosis nigricans, Leser-Trélat's sign, dermatomyositis, atypical erythema, acquired ichthyosis, Sweet's disease, Weber-Christian's syndrome, phlebitis migrans and Bazex syndrome.

A retrospective study of Scottish hospital inpatients aged 15 years or less has revealed, over a 4-year period, 36 cases of venous thrombosis or phlebitis. Of these 10 were considered to have deep venous thrombosis; 2 cases were associated with obvious pulmonary embolism and 2 cases developed chronic venous insufficiency. change in the coding allocations are proposed. There are "high risk" situations in childhood disease in which a diagnosis of venous thromboembolic disease should be considered and investigated.

Ganglion cysts are ubiquitous cystic lesions without synovial wall and inconstant communication with the articular cavity. The later must nonetheless always be carefully looked for. We report two cases of ganglion cyst rupture in the retrofemoral fat simulating phlebitis with thigh cellulitis. To the best of our knowledge, this has not been previously reported in the literature. Familiarity with this entity ensures adequate medical diagnosis and management, avoiding unnecessary imaging and laboratory work-up and inappropriate use of anticoagulant and antibiotic.

INTRODUCTION: Cisplatin (CDDP) is a key drug for various thoracic malignancies. To avoid renal toxicity of CDDP, mannitol is routinely used, but it sometimes causes phlebitis which damages patients' quality of life.
