We report a case of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome accompanied by HELLP syndrome and eclampsia. A 30-year-old woman complained of diminution of visual acuity and eclampsia. Syngeneic twins presented at different times with HELLP (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver Enzymes, Low Platelets) Syndrome, and in both cases, a post-pregnancy with severe aplastic anemia (SAA). Pre-eclampsia is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy that can rapidly progress to HELLP syndrome, increasing maternal and fetal risks.
