AIMS: The study aimed to evaluate the presentation, management, and outcome of patients of sacrococcygeal malignant germ cell tumors (SC-MGCTs) with intraspinal extension.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Case records of all cases of SC-MGCT were reviewed to identify cases with intraspinal extension. They were evaluated in terms of their presentation, response to therapy, extent of surgical resection, recovery of neurological symptoms if any, and outcome.

Testicular cancer with androgen and estrogen secretion is classically associated with Leydig cell tumors. BACKGROUND: Late relapse (LR) of nonseminomatous germ cell tumour (NSGCT) is uncommon, with limited data published. LR is defined as relapse occurring after a disease-free interval of 2 yr.

Sinonasal malignancies are a very rare diagnosis. We present a unique case of a 32-year-old man who presented with symptoms of worsening sinusitis and periorbital cellulitis. Investigation found a sinonasal malignancy and pathology confirmed this to be a primary germ cell tumour. The patient was managed with chemotherapy, surgery and consolidation radiotherapy and has remained well to date. This case report outlines an unusual presentation and diagnostic challenge for the primary care physician, ear, nose and throat surgeon, pathologist and oncologist with review of the surrounding literature.

A 35-year-old man presented with a history of cough, haemoptysis, weight loss for 2 months along with ulceroproliferative lesions on the chin and the scalp. We describe a boy with Schinzel-Giedion syndrome who developed refractory sacrococcygeal germ cell tumor with elements of embryonal carcinoma and immature teratoma.
