BACKGROUND: Risperidone (RIS) is a widely used atypical antipsychotic drug. We developed and validated a sensitive and accurate LC-MS/MS method, which requires a small-volume of plasma and small-volume injection for measurement of RIS levels in ASD pediatric patients.
