The objective of this study was to develop a prosthetic cardiac valve designed for percutaneous transcatheter implantation. Percutaneous catheter-based therapies play a limited role in the management of cardiac valve disease. Brain metastasis from thymic carcinoma is extremely rare, and there is still no consensus regarding the best management of thymic metastasis to the central nervous system.
