Systemic autoinflammatory diseases (SAID) with inborn errors of cell death (IECD) are caused by overactivation of programmed cell death (PCD). However, the pathogenesis by which PCD leads to autoinflammation remains unclear. To explore the relationship between T cell markers in hematological diseases and T cell markers in solid tumor, CD3, CD4, CD8 in hematological diseases, malignant and benign tumors were detected by flow cytometry and results were analyzed statistically. Abdominal pain and fever in patients with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) may indicate cytomegaloviral (CMV) acalculous cholecystitis. We reviewed clinical, laboratory, and outcome data from 12 patients with CMV cholecystitis. Ten of 12 patients were homosexual males. Six patients had markedly low CD4: CD8 lymphocyte count ratios.
