Periprosthetic femoral fractures (PPFs) are challenging complications following total hip arthroplasty, especially in cases with compromised bone stock. Peripheral neuropathy is a common side effect of chemotherapeutic agents that frequently necessitates dose-reduction, truncation of, or change in therapy.
