This paper summarises themes that have emerged from 14 years of study of suicide and work with those bereaved. It is based on a talk given i … rganisations, the police and transport services, and from the examination of coroners' records. The intention is to assist open dialogue about the nature of suicide, to contribute to the understanding of the impact on those bereaved and to encourage open-hearted clinical engagement with those who are suicidal.

This study investigated associations of the Incredible Years (IY) parenting program with children's DNA methylation. Participants were 289 Dutch children aged 3-9 years (75% European ancestry, 48% female) with above-average conduct problems. Granuloprival degeneration is an uncommon form of cerebellar cortical degeneration (CCD). A 3-month-old Yorkshire Terrier and a 7-month-old Lagotto Romagnolo dog were presented with a history of progressive cerebellar dysfunction including wide-based stance, cerebellar ataxia, intention tremors, and loss of menace response despite normal vision. PURPOSE: To report a case with an unusual giant mass in the eyelid which was diagnosed as peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specifie … ining crusts were debrided, the eyelids were separated, and the wound was left to heal by secondary intention. Cicatricial ectropion of the lower eyelid occurred during follow-up and it was corrected with a free skin graft successfully.
CONCLUSION: PTCL-NOS is uncommon but it may reach massive dimensions in the eyelid region.

Necrotizing fasciitis of the head and neck is a rare but rapidly progressive infection involving the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and fascia.
