PURPOSE: Endophthalmitis is a serious medical condition that needs immediate antibiotic therapy. There are few studies analyzing the pathogenic bacteria of endophthalmitis in China recently. This study was conducted to analyze the pathogenic factors, pathogenic bacteria and prognosis of infectious endophthalmitis.
METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2016 to December 2020 in Shanxi Eye Hospital. Statistical analysis by using Logistic regression analysis were performed to evaluate of independent risk factor for prognostic factors for poor visual acuity.

METHODS: Retrospective study of 36 eyes 7.2 years after EKP. Four eyes underwent penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) and were excluded from further evaluation.
