Breast cancer is often treated with tamoxifen, a drug that can cause ocular side effects, including toxic retinopathy. Multimodal imaging, particularly optical coherence tomography (OCT), has improved the detection of early lesions such as foveal pseudocysts, thus increasing the prevalence of this complication.
