We report a 64-years old man who had myasthenia gravis (MG) appearing after surgical removal of thymoma. His thymoma was not removed completely due to adhesion with other organs. Histopathologicaly, the thymoma was an invasive and predominantly epithelial type. CD45RO positive cells increased in the thymus. A 35 month old child was referred for electrophysiology testing with pendular nystagmus, corresponding head oscillations and reduced vision. Atrial septal defect (ASD) is a common diagnosis in adults undergoing surgical repair. The aim of the study was to determine if ocular symptoms following treatment are due to microemboli.
