METHODS: This phase Ib/II open-label study evaluated ASP-1929 photoimmunotherapy plus pembrolizumab in patients with recurrent/metastatic HNSCC (≥ 1 accessible lesion, PD-L1 combined positive score ≥ 1, ineligible for standard locoregional therapy).
