A 65-year-old woman with immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD), which was managed with a corticosteroid, underwent percutaneous coronary stent implantation in the left anterior descending artery as a result of angina pectoris. After 9 months, coronary angiography revealed stent migration and occlusion caused by progression of a coronary aneurysm potentially associated with IgG4-RD. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.).

Hemorrhage after pancreaticobiliary surgery is an infrequent but fatal complication. It is primarily caused by rupture of the pseudoaneurysm, and treatment options include endovascular coil embolization or endovascular stent-graft placement. Herein, we report a case of migration of an arterial stent-graft that was placed in the common hepatic artery to treat pseudoaneurysm after pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy. The stent-graft migrated to the jejunum and was eventually excreted from the body.

Arterial vasospasm is a well known cause of ischemia and, if prolonged, of parenchymal infarction. The clinical presentation varies according to the involved arterial district. We describe a rare case, which occurred in a young lady, of recurrent and multisystem vasospasm, resulting in multiple cerebral and myocardial infarctions. Our patient was resistant to medical therapy, requiring stent implantation of the involved vessels.

Blind-end stenosis (Myer-Cotton IV) is an extreme response to airway injury, resulting in phonatory ablation and dependence on a tracheostomy. A minimally invasive airway desobstruction and stenting can be beneficial in such cases. We present 2 cases of Myer-Cotton IV stenosis that were treated with a minimally invasive desobstruction using a hybrid (endoscopic-surgical) approach followed by the placement of a silicone T-tube.
