INTRODUCTION: Artificial urinary sphincter implantation is the standard treatment for moderate-to-severe stress urinary incontinence in men. We report a case of urethral stricture associated with an artificial urinary sphincter in a patient who underwent urethroplasty and subsequent replacement of the implant.
