AIMS: Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) is common among individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and frequently co-occurs with poor sleep quality, fatigue, and psychological distress. Understanding how these symptoms are interrelated may inform nursing assessment and symptom management.
