BACKGROUND: There have been no reports of the efficacy of primary radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy for vulvar adenocarcinoma associated with extramammary Paget's disease. In this report we discuss the differential diagnosis and efficacy of treatment for this rare tumor.
