PURPOSE: To evaluate the medium-term outcomes of total hip replacement (THR) using a thin highly cross-linked polyethylene (HXLPE) liner in an Asian population.

We identified 45 knees in 42 patients who had an isolated tibial insert exchange for a failed primary knee arthroplasty with a minimum of 2 years of follow-up.
