A 5-year-old child having infantile esotropia with bilateral inferior oblique over action underwent uncomplicated strabismus surgery. METHOD: A 50-year old man presented with a 2-day history of a corneal foreign body caused by a missile injury. A 3-year-old girl presented with a distorted pupil and decrease of visual acuity. A ciliary body mass at the superior-temporal quadrant could be seen at slit-lamp examination. Ultrasound biomicroscopy revealed a lesion with lobulated surface, arising at the ciliary body, composed of compact and cystic areas. PURPOSE: This clinical case report demonstrates blepharoptosis-induced corneal steepening and its subsequent resolution after blepharoptosis surgery.
METHODS: A 62-year-old man complaining of blurred vision without apparent cause on clinical examination underwent keratometry and computerized corneal topography, which revealed superior corneal steepening in both eyes. Bilateral upper eyelid blepharoptosis surgery was performed.
RESULTS: Three months after blepharoptosis surgery, repeat computerized corneal topography revealed normal corneal contours with improved vision in both eyes.

PURPOSE: The aim of this presentation is to report a rare association between interatrial aneurysm and Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome.
METHODS: We present a 20-year-old girl with Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome, in whom the diagnosis was confirmed by the facial dysmorphic appearance, slit-lamp examination, applanation tonometer, gonioscopy, and cardiovascular examination.
