We evaluated the efficacy of Tribulus terrestris in two different dosage regimes for the treatment of sexual dysfunction in pre and postmenopausal women and its effect on the vascular resistance of the clitoral artery using Power Doppler. BACKGROUND: Periclitoral abscesses are rare and lack a defined management strategy due to the limited number of cases available for review. Regardless of the initial management, recurrence remains common.
CASE: A 17-year-old presented with clitoral pain and swelling consistent with periclitoral abscess. Conservative treatment with antibiotics failed, and underwent 2 incision and drainage procedures prior to resolution of the abscess.

Female genital cutting (FGC) is a persisting global practice that increases patients' risk for experiencing long-term health sequelae. Existing meta-analysis evidence strongly supports an association between FGC and the development of long-term dyspareunia, urinary tract infections, and sexual dysfunction as well as increased risk obstetrically of prolonged labor, cesarean section, perineal lacerations, and episiotomy. BACKGROUND: Genital mutilation (female circumcision) is a common practice in Africa which is done for a variety of reasons. The complications of this practice often present early, but are sometimes delayed.
METHOD AND RESULTS: The case presented is that of a large clitoridal cyst which presented in the post menopausal period twenty eight years after it's onset. The aetiology, types and complications of genital mutilation are discussed.

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to examine surgical outcomes for the correction of clitoral phimosis caused by lichen sclerosus.
STUDY DESIGN: Eight women with lichen sclerosus underwent surgical repair of clitoral phimosis. They were assessed 12-36 months postoperatively by an independent research assistant. A questionnaire was used to assess the patients' perception of surgical success.
