Glycosidases may play a role in sperm maturation during epididymal transit. In this work, we describe the interaction of these enzymes with bull spermatozoa. We retrospectively reviewed long-term outcomes of patients with MPI-CDG, all but one of whom were treated with D-mannose. The aim of this study was to determine the developmental profile of mannose-binding protein (MBP) in preterm infants.
