Hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) is carcinogenic and widely presented in soil. In this study, modified zero-valent iron (ZVI) with oxalic acid on biochar (OA-ZVI/BC) was prepared using wet ball milling method for the remediation of Cr(VI)-contaminated soil.
