Myoepithelioma is an extremely rare salivary gland neoplasm with diverse histological variants. Understanding myoepithelioma's clinical, radiological, and molecular features is crucial for accurate diagnosis and management. We present a case of a 40-year-old Iranian male with a painless, firm, solitary exophytic mass on the upper lip. Surgical excision was curative, with no recurrence at 36 months. BACKGROUND: Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) located on the scrotum is rare.
OBJECTIVE: To analyze clinical and pathologic features, discuss therapeutic strategies, and identify prognostic factors of scrotal BCC in Chinese patients.

BACKGROUND: Nevus sebaceus (NS) is a congenital hamartomatous lesion, usually involving the scalp or the face. Various benign and malignant neoplasms can develop in association with NS, the most common being trichoblastoma, syringocystadenoma papilliferum, viral warts and basal cell carcinoma (BCC).

Most lung carcinomas with hypercalcemia are usually unresectable. However, this case was resectable and the serum calcium level was normalized after the operation. The modifying effects of citrus auraptene given during the initiation and post-initiation phases of oral carcinogenesis initiated with 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4-NQO) were investigated in male F344 rats. Hidrocystoma and basal cell carcinoma (BCC) are common eyelid lesions. The former is benign while the latter is malignant and can cause significant destruction of the adnexal structures, orbital invasion and visual loss. The authors describe a case of a 76-year-old female with a slow growing right upper lid lesion which was diagnosed as a hidrocystoma but excision biopsy revealed a collision tumour comprised of a BCC abutting a hidrocystoma in the same lesion. From March 1988 to May 1994, 15 patients underwent the treatment protocol of superficial photodynamic therapy (PDT) in dermatological localized malignancies. Two tumours (one M. Queyrat of the penis, one basalioma) were treated primarily; the other 13 patients experienced relapses of underlying disease after treatment by surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy. We report on a 27-year-old male patient suffering from multiple trichoepitheliomas, which first appeared on his face at the age of 15 and later spread to his upper extremities and back. Multiple trichoepitheliomas are benign tumors of the skin appendages with autosomally dominant heredity. Clinically, these lesions have to be differentiated from other adnexal tumors, adenoma sebaceum, as well as basal cell nevus syndrome (Gorlin-Goltz's disease).

Two cases of basal cell carcinoma had diffused infiltration that included not only perineural but endoneurial invasion. One patient presented with trigeminal neuralgia, and the other patient developed localized neuralgia when the tumor recurred. Nests and indian files of carcinoma cells were in the endoneurium, a region that anatomically is devoid of lymphatics. The involved nerves displayed axonal degeneration. Such intraneural invasion by basal cell carcinoma is very rare, even in the scelerosing variety of basal cell carcinoma.
