OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) for acute ischemic stroke upper limb rehabilitation.
DESIGN: Randomized controlled trial with taVNS and control groups.
SETTING: Hospital.
PARTICIPANTS: Sixty patients (N=60) diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke.
