INTRODUCTION: Simple peritoneal fibrosis and encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis (EPS) are important lesions in the peritoneum of patients on peritoneal dialysis (PD). We have previously described a population of podoplanin-positive myofibroblasts in peritoneal biopsies from patients with EPS. Platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β (PDGFRβ) is a marker of pericytes, and PDGFs might be involved in the fibrotic response of the peritoneum. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the use value of the perineal H-shaped incision in laparoscopic peritoneum Between January 2005 and July 2011, 29 cases of congenital absence of vagina underwent laparoscopic vaginoplasty.
METHODS: peritoneum vaginoplasty. There were 2 married cases and 27 unmarried cases, with a mean age of 22.7 years (range, 20-30 years). The patients had no vagina mouth or had a shallow depression. B ultrasound showed normal bilateral ovarian and no uterine or primordial uterus in the pelvic cavity. H-shaped incision was made between urethra and rectum for peritoneum vaginoplasty.

A dedifferentiated liposarcoma of the retro-peritoneum of a 45-year-old female is described in this case report. It showed dedifferentiation into a histological low-grade type and thus defies the traditional definition of dedifferentiated liposarcoma. The excised specimen was a huge, multi-nodular encapsulated mass surrounding the kidney and infiltrating into it. Over a 2-year period, all surgical patients from whom Candida was isolated from intra-abdominal specimens were evaluated. All but 1 of the 49 evaluable patients had either a spontaneous perforation (57%) or a surgical opening of the gastrointestinal tract (41%).
