Cluster analysis of psychometric data measuring offense-specific and socioadequacy problems from a sample of 437 untreated child molesters was carried out. To explore the relationship between dynamic risk factors and recidivism in child molesters, we studied a sample of men (N=495) who completed an intensive, prison-based treatment program in New Zealand. During the follow-up period (M=5.8 years), 9.9% were reconvicted for a sexual offense. The current study examined the psychometric properties of the Turkish version of the Internalized Homophobia Scale (IHS; Herek, Cogan, Gillis, & Glunt, 1997) in gay men living in Turkey. The psychometric properties of a new measure of dissociative behaviors, the Scale of Dissociative Activities (SODAS), were evaluated. Nine achondroplastic dwafts were studied with computerized tomography, skull and cervical spine films, and psychometric testing. The clinical and psychometric comparison of two group of patients, one with spasmodic torticollis, the other with operated herniated disc, showed closely related psychological profiles. The most important perturbations are found in spasmodic torticollis and seem related to the disease's chronicity. In no case was a predominant hysteric structure found.
