Alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) is characterized by excessive lipid accumulation in the liver. This study aimed to investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of Polygala fallax Hemsl polysaccharides (PFPs) on AFLD. PFPs were purified and structurally characterized. This study examined the efficacy and mechanism of Polygala tenuifolia glycoprotein (ZPG) in alleviating Alzheimer's disease (AD) for clinical application.
