PURPOSE: To compare revision and complication rates between telescopic and non-telescopic intramedullary rods in children with osteogenesis imperfecta (OI).
METHODS: A systematic review was conducted according to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines and registered in the PROSPERO database (CRD42021287054). Databases were searched up to December 2025. Studies reporting surgical outcomes of intramedullary fixation in OI were included. Meta-analysis was performed using random-effects models.

Our paper mainly separates the specific aberration contributions of third-order astigmatism and third-order coma from the total aberration fields, on the framework of the modified nodal aberration theory (NAT), for the perturbed off-axis telescope. Based on the derived aberration functions, two alignment models for the same off-axis two-mirror telescope are established and compared. MATERIALS: Variable overlap between the components of this stent-graft combination allows length adjustment. This device differs from other multi-component stent-grafts in that both components are contained within a single delivery system.
