We have evaluated CEA, TPA, PLAP in sera from patients with three different kinds of malignant lymphomas. Six modified nucleosides, psi, m1A, m1G, m1I, m2G, and m2(2)G were analyzed in the urine from the same group of patients. The presence of Tissue Polypeptide Antigen (TPA) and Carcino-embryonic Antigen (CEA) in serial sections of 32 breast carcinomas and one case of neurofibrosarcoma was demonstrated by immunocytochemistry using the indirect peroxidase technique.
