BACKGROUND: Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified pervasive sharing of genetic architectures across multiple immune-mediated diseases (IMD). The present study emphasizes the importance of documenting ethnomedicinal plants and herbal practices of the local rural communities of Tehsil Hajira (Pakistan).
