AIMS: To elucidate the clinicopathological findings of primary intestinal enteropathy-associated T cell lymphoma (EATL) in Japan, a non-endemic area for coeliac disease.
METHODS AND RESULTS: Of the 24 cases, four (17%) had large-cell lymphoma (type I), and the remaining 20 (83%) had medium-sized lymphoma (type II). Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is an autoimmune blistering disease that affects the skin and multiple mucous membranes, and is caused by antibodies to desmoglein (Dsg) 1 and 3. Intravascular accumulation of atypical large lymphoid cells is a rare condition that necessitates a differential diagnosis of intravascular lymphoma (IVL). Recently, a non-neoplastic condition known as benign atypical intravascular CD30+ T-cell proliferation (BAITP) has been identified. This condition is characterized by CD30+ and CD3+ or CD4+ atypical T-cells and is often associated with trauma and chronic inflammation. This case highlights atypical intravascular lymphoid cells of the uterine cervix that are positive for CD30 and CD56 and can mimic IVL.

We report a unique case of combined primary neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) of the liver in a 65-year-old male patient. The pathogenesis of vitiligo is still controversial. The purpose of this study was to gain insight into the nature of lymphoid cells infiltrating depigmented areas of skin in vitiligo. The study aimed to document the utility of the absolute number of natural killer cells as a biomarker in paediatric orbital myositis (OM). Extracted data from four children with OM included demographics, laboratory values, imaging and treatment response.
