UNLABELLED: Hypertension is common following renal transplantation and adversely affects graft and patient survival. However, strategies for antihypertensive drug therapy and target blood pressure have not been clearly defined.

The term pulse therapy refers to discontinuous intravenous infusion of very high doses of drugs over a short time. Methylprednisolone (and dexamethasone in some countries) is the glucocorticoid most frequently administered this way. We assessed the safety and efficacy of pulse therapy with terbinafine tablets in 55 patients with dermatophytic onychomycosis.
