Mammary-type tissue in the vulva was first described in 1872 but has been rarely reported in the literature. Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a rare autoimmune disease with the presence of c-ANCA in most cases. BACKGROUND: Possible options of genital gender affirming surgery in transmasculine are metoidioplasty or phalloplasty. As opposed to phalloplasty, no flapbased neophallic reconstruction is needed in metoidioplasty. Urethral lengthening is needed in metoidioplasty if the patient desires voiding at the tip of the neophallus. This urethral lengthening poses the patient at risk for urethral complications.

Asymmetric hypertrophy of the labia minora is a variant of normal anatomy that has not been described in the pediatric dermatology literature. Although often asymptomatic, in some cases, it can cause functional, emotional, and psychological problems. We report the clinical characteristics and outcomes of four children who presented with unilateral labium minus hypertrophy. This case series aims to establish awareness of this condition among pediatric dermatologists and provide recommendations regarding management.
