We retrospectively evaluated the incidence, factors, and clinical outcomes of the discontinuation of immunosuppressive treatment (IST) after single-unit unrelated cord blood transplantation (CBT) in adults receiving cyclosporine-based graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis at our institute.
