We report the case of a 42-year-old woman who presented with multiple pulmonary nodules. Surgical resection of 3 nodules revealed differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Thyroid and neck ultrasound was normal. A review of her history revealed that this patient underwent an ovarian cyst resection 15 years ago. Reexamination of pathology samples, with the help of immunohistochemical markers, concluded to a struma ovarii. Pelvic ultrasound was normal; F-18 FDG PET scan was negative. Four cases of multiple nodular pulmonary tuberculosis simulating metastatic lung cancer were reported. These patients were asymptomatic, found by chance during physical checkups, and had no clinical findings indicative of inflammatory reactions. The nodules ranged from 15 to 50 in number, were spherical in shape, and 3-10 mm in diameter with sharp margins. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) may receive Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors to achieve optimal control of their disease. We report a case of a patient who received a selective JAK1 inhibitor and subsequently developed multiple pulmonary nodules with cavitation. A patient with end-stage renal failure secondary to polycystic kidney disease was seen in the Eye Clinic for a corneal abrasion. Incidental fundal examination revealed bilateral multiple, small, raised, pale yellow sub-retinal nodules. Past medical history of inadequately treated pulmonary tuberculosis was obtained. Following initiation of anti-tuberculous therapy, the choroidal lesions resolved.
