Linear nevus sebaceous syndrome (LNSS) is a neurocutaneous disorder caused by somatic gain-of-function mutations in KRAS or HRAS. Schimmelpenning syndrome is a neurocutaneous disorder characterized by craniofacial nevus sebaceus that fall along embryonic cutaneous lines and tend to be associated with neurological, ocular, skeletal, and vascular abnormalities. Linear verrucous epidermal nevi (LVEN) are characterized by verrucous papules often coalescing into well-demarcated skin-colored or brown plaques following the lines of Blaschko. We present two new cases of LVEN with oral mucosa involvement and briefly discuss this very rare finding. In both cases, oral biopsies showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, and papillomatosis. Although several treatment modalities have been reported for the cutaneous lesions, there is no consensus for the management of oral lesions so far.

Schimmelpenning-Feuerstein-Mims syndrome (SFM) is a congenital neurocutaneous disorder characterized by the association of nevus sebaceous with extracutaneous abnormalities. We report a new case of Schimmelpenning-Feuerstein-Mims with aortic coarctation and drug-resistant West syndrome. This case emphasizes the importance of exploring and monitoring patients with nevus sebaceous in order to diagnose associated anomalies.

Verrucous epidermal nevus (VEN) is a skin disorder that commonly presents at birth; it is characterized by skin-colored to brown verrucous papules in a linear distribution following Blaschko's lines. Even though it is extremely rare, VEN has been associated with malignant transformation. VEN has been treated by different treatment modalities with varying and frustrating results. We introduce a new type of treatment. Nevus sebaceus of Jadassohn is a congenital yellowish hairless skin lesion, mainly located on the head and neck. A common phenomenon is the coexistence of secondary tumors within the lesion. These are mainly benign tumors, the majority of which are trichoblastoma and syringocystadenoma papilliferum. A ceruminoma is a very rare tumor of the ceruminous glands located in the outer third of the auditory canal. It occurs almost exclusively in adults. We describe the case of a 3-year old boy diagnosed with ceruminous adenoma (ceruminoma) growing within a nevus sebaceus of Jadassohn.
